Before You Pay For Won Auctions:
How To Pay For Won Auctions:
- Click on [Members Area], then click [Won]. Then click on the actual auction you won, then click the big blue [Pay Now] button.
- You will be taken to a Paypal portal with the total auction invoice.
- Log into Paypal to pay
- Make sure your Shipping Address is correct. If your Shipping Address is wrong, click [Cancel], go back to [Members Area] & follow the “Before You Pay For Won Auctions” to change your shipping address.
- Click on [Add A Memo] if you want to send the seller a message with your payment. This is also a perfect place to send the seller your phone number for “Call For Pickup 111-111-1111” If you purchased Baby Chicks or Live Birds.
- If your shipping address is correct, click on [Pay] to pay for the auction.
- Pay for Won Auctions within 72 Hours of the auction ending. Please try to pay the same day auction ends.
Bidder Verification – As a buyer, the only fee you’ll ever have to pay on this site is a small 1 time “Bidder Verification Fee.” This helps keep the site safe by ensuring all bidders have an active Paypal account.
Won Baby Chicks or Live Birds – Remember to immediately message the seller your phone number for them to place on shipping box for “Call For Pickup 111-111-1111”
Local Pickup – All won auctions are to be paid through this site with Paypal. This includes “Local Pickup” listings.
Seller
Before You Get Paid For Sold Auctions:
Click on [Members Area], then click [My Payment Options]. Type in your Paypal Email, then click [Save Changes].Pretty easy, right? Now your buyers can pay you for the auctions they won.
Sold Baby Chicks Or Live Birds – Remember to immediately message the Buyer & ask for their phone number, to place on shipping box “Call For Pickup 111-111-1111”
Local Pickup – All won auctions are to be paid through this site with Paypal. This includes “Local Pickup” listings.
Combined Shipping
- All won auctions are to be paid through this site with Paypal. The seller can then refund the buyer any overpaid shipping charges for combined shipping.
Message Buyer/Seller
- Click on the Buyer or Seller username on a a live auction, ended auction or a won auction
- Click [Send Message] below the username on their “Profile Page”
- To view new messages, click on [Members Area], then click [My Messages] or [New Messages] or [Notifications]
Non-Paying Buyer
- If you sold an auction and buyer does not pay within 72 hours, Contact Us At [email protected] and we will address the issue promptly
Not Allowed
- Avoiding Paying Site Fees
- Promoting Outside Sales Through American Poultry Auctions
- Asking A Member To Send A Paypal Invoice
- Messaging Members Your Paypal Email
- Messaging Members Your Email Address
- Messaging Members Your Website URL
- Messaging Members To Call Or Text With Their Phone # (Messaging Your Phone # Is Only Allowed For Call For Pickup)
- Posting Auctions Or Profile Page With Your Website URL
- Posting Auctions Or Profile Page With Your PayPal Email
- Posting Auctions Or Profile Page With Your Email Address
- Posting Auctions Or Profile Page With Your Phone #
- Paying In Person For Local Pickup Auctions
- Not Paying for Won Auctions Through This Site Within 72 Hours. (Yes We Keep Track Of Every Unpaid Auction Not Paid Through This Site, Even Without The Seller Having To Tell Us.)
Getting A Warning
- If you break site rules, all members are politely warned 1 Time Only by American Poultry Auctions Management
- If you continue to break site rules, you may be Banned From American Poultry Auctions
